Q1: How do you measure success when we work together?

We focus on outcomes, not hours. Whether it's a smooth launch, an automated system saving you time, or increased client conversions, we measure success by the results that move your business forward — not how long it took to get there.

Q2: Do you charge by the hour?

For our VA services, we charge a minimum of 15 hours per month at a set hourly rate, so you get hands-on, consistent support. And after those 15 hours, you can book as many additional hours as you need, we're flexible like that.

For all other services (OBM, launches, systems, etc.), we price based on value and outcomes, not time. There’s a baseline built into the work, but you're paying for the results — not the clock.

Q3: What are your payment terms?

For ongoing retainer services, payment is taken in advance to secure your booking and is due on the last working day of each month. If you start with us mid-month, your first invoice will be pro-rated accordingly. For project-based work, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Flexible payment plans are available for larger packages – just ask!

We accept all major payment methods, including debit/credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and Klarna for flexible payments. If you need a custom arrangement, just let us know we’ll do our best to accommodate.

A VA helps you with tasks. An OBM helps you manage operations, lead your team, and build systems. We offer both – depending on the level of support you need.
