You’ve built the business. You’ve grown the thing. You’ve probably got a team around you too.
So why are you still doing most of it yourself?
The decisions. The problem-solving. The chasing. The things nobody else quite owns. The ideas you want to move forward.
And all those “it’ll be quicker if I just do it” jobs that somehow became part of your actual job.
At some point, doing everything yourself stops being resourceful.
It just becomes a really expensive use of you.
BE HONEST...
How many things are waiting for you right now?
How often do you end up taking something back because it’s easier?
Who do you talk to when you’re the one who needs an answer?
And when exactly are you supposed to find time to actually grow the business?

Your business has grown. There are more opportunities, more decisions and more moving pieces than there used to be.
You know there are things that could be working better. You’ve got ideas you want to explore. And a few things you’ve been meaning to sort for longer than you’d care to admit.
The problem is knowing what actually deserves your attention.
What needs fixing?
What’s worth pursuing?
What can wait?
What needs to go altogether?
And where the hell do you start?

Ongoing strategic + hands-on support for founders who are ready to stop carrying so much of the business themselves.
Someone who understands what you’re building, helps you think through the decisions and then gets stuck into what needs to happen next.

Think of me as another brain in the business.
Someone to think with, problem-solve with and help make things happen.

The Growth Partnership isn’t measured by how many hours I spend in your business.
Each month, we start with a strategy call. We look at what’s happening, what needs your attention and what would make the biggest difference right now.
Then we agree the priorities, milestones and measures for the month.
And I take it from there.
Think of me as your operations lead, without the full-time COO hire.
Keeping everyone clear on what needs doing, following up and making sure work keeps moving.
Sorting workflows, SOPs,
handovers and automations
so the business runs
more smoothly.
Overseeing timelines, people, suppliers and all the moving parts from plan through to delivery.
Managing communication, expectations and follow-ups, so nobody important gets lost in the cracks.
Keeping an eye on what’s working, what isn’t and where something needs fixing or improving.
Taking the things we decide matter off your shoulders and making sure they actually move.

Laura originally brought me in through Launch The Damn Thing for a specific project.
Today, I work alongside her to keep Dipism running behind the scenes, so she can focus on the work only she can do.
From managing her courses and cohorts, right through to maintaining her website and booking systems, coordinating freelancers and partners, and supporting her live group coaching sessions.
Basically, I keep an eye on the operational stuff so Laura doesn’t have to.
The result? Laura gets around 40 hours back every month, the business has continued to expand and she’s doubled her income.
That’s Growth Partnership in practice.

Monthly strategy + priority setting
Agreed milestones + measures
Hands-on operational ownership
Ongoing communication + support

Payable monthly in advance.

Launch The Damn Thing is for a specific project with a defined outcome. The Growth Partnership is ongoing. I’m working alongside you month after month, helping you make decisions, set priorities and take ownership of what needs to happen across the business.
We start each month with a strategy call. We look at what’s happening in the business, what needs attention and what will make the biggest difference. From there, we agree the priorities, milestones and measures, then I get to work.
At the end of the month, we review what moved, decide what matters next and go again.
Not exactly. You’re not buying a block of hours for me to work through. We agree what we’re working towards and what I’m taking ownership of, then I focus on getting that done.
The £1,200 monthly investment covers up to 20 hours of support, but that’s an internal cap rather than something we need to use up or track against task by task.
If your business needs a higher level of support, more hours or more consistent involvement from me, your monthly investment will increase to reflect that. We’ll agree that together before anything changes.
It changes depending on what your business needs. It could be overseeing a project, coordinating your team or freelancers, improving a process, sorting systems and automations, managing delivery, supporting clients or stakeholders, or finally moving forward something that’s been sitting with you for far too long.
Not quite. I’m not coming into your business as an administrator waiting for a list of tasks.
Think of me more like your fractional COO or operations lead. I work alongside you to understand what the business needs, help make decisions, take ownership of priorities and make sure things actually happen. Including managing the VA.
No. I can work directly with you, alongside an existing team, or coordinate freelancers, suppliers and partners where needed. We build the support around the business you actually have.
Tell me a bit about your business, what’s currently taking up your time and where you could use more support. We’ll have a conversation to see what you need, whether the Growth Partnership makes sense and what the right level of support would look like. If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we’ll take it from there.
Ready for another brain in the business and a capable pair of hands to actually make things happen? Let’s talk.
