DO I NEED TO BE ON ZOOM ALL DAY?

Not at all! We kick things off on Zoom, then I get stuck into the build while you get on with your day. You'll just need to be available for any questions or approvals. We'll jump back on Zoom for the handover, so you can see exactly what's been done.

WHAT IF I'M NOT SURE WHAT CAN BE DONE IN A DAY?

That's what our planning call is for! We'll look at what you need, what's already in place and what's realistic. Before your VIP Day, we'll agree exactly what I'm tackling, so there are no surprises.

CAN YOU REALLY GET ALL THAT DONE IN ONE DAY?

More often than not, yes! One VIP Build Day is about getting one agreed piece of work built, fixed or finished.

We do the prep beforehand so we can hit the ground running. But let's be real, tech doesn't always play nice! Platform access issues or delays in getting decisions can sometimes slow us down.

If that happens, we may need to carry the remaining work over to another day, subject to availability. I'll always keep you in the loop.

And if your project is too big for a VIP Day, I'll tell you upfront.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY VIP BUILD DAY?

You get your finished work, a recorded walkthrough and any instructions you need. Plus, you've got seven days of email support for questions and fixes within our agreed scope, including up to one hour of follow-up work.

DO I NEED TO HAVE EVERYTHING READY BEFORE WE START?

Pretty much! I'll send you a quick questionnaire and a checklist so you know exactly what I need.

Depending on what we're building, that could mean your content, copy, images, logos, brand colours, login details, platform access or examples of what you like.

I'll need everything at least five working days before your VIP Day so I can review it, flag anything missing and make sure we're ready to go.

The less time we spend chasing files, passwords and missing bits, the more time I can spend getting the actual work done!

CAN I SPLIT THE PAYMENT?

Absolutely! You can pay £850 in full or split it into two payments of £425. The first secures your VIP Build Day, and the remaining £425 is due 48 hours before we get stuck in.
