to one sold-out summit.

Sandra had the vision for the 100 Women in Insurance Summit. My job was to help turn that vision into an event people could actually show up to.

Behind the scenes, I mapped the logistics, supported outreach and sales, created marketing content and automations, managed assets and helped coordinate speakers, vendors and registration.

Then, on the day, I was there making sure all those moving pieces actually moved.

The summit was originally planned for 150 attendees. Almost 300 women showed up.

And with an estimated 70+ hours taken off Sandra’s plate, Leaving Sandra free to lead, host and connect with her community.

WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS CAN YOU HELP WITH?

Websites, launches, courses, memberships, events, podcasts, customer journeys, systems, automations and those slightly random special projects that don’t fit neatly into a box. If there are moving pieces that need organising and implementing, there’s a good chance I can help.

DO I NEED TO HAVE EVERYTHING PLANNED BEFORE WE START?

Nope. You need to know what you’re trying to get done, but you don’t need a perfectly mapped-out project plan. We’ll start by getting clear on the outcome, what needs to happen and all the moving pieces involved. Then I’ll turn that into a plan we can actually work from.

ARE YOU ACTUALLY DOING THE WORK OR JUST MANAGING THE PROJECT?

Both. This isn’t me creating a project plan and leaving you to figure out the rest. I’m hands-on with the implementation and I’ll coordinate the people, tasks and moving pieces needed to get the project delivered. Exactly what I take on will depend on the project.

HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TAKE?

It depends on what we’re getting done. A straightforward project might take a few weeks, while something with more moving pieces will naturally take longer. Once I understand the scope, I’ll give you a clear timeline before we start.

HOW MUCH WILL MY PROJECT COST?

Projects start from £1,500 and are priced according to scope. Once I know what you’re working on, what’s already in place and how much support you need, I’ll recommend the right scope and give you a clear quote. Payment plans are available. into my Growth Partnership so we can work together to bring it to life.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PROJECT CHANGES ONCE WE’VE STARTED?

Projects evolve. That’s normal. If something small shifts, we’ll deal with it. If you decide to add something that significantly changes the scope, timeline or workload, we’ll agree what that means before any extra work happens. No surprise invoices appearing out of nowhere.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ENQUIRE?
